Map builder (http://www.mapbuilder.net/) is an easy Web 2.0 tool that allows easy population of google maps or yahoo maps without having to learn API's. It is possible to create a custom map and then display it on your own website; mapbuilder generates Java script and HTML code that is ready to use.
